Kevin L. Klein Co-founder, President and CEO
Kevin has over 25 years of business experience including 18 years with MCI, a Fortune 100 Company, where he served as Vice President, Customer Satisfaction and Service Operations. During Kevin's tenure his responsibilities included sales, marketing, customer service, receivables management, service delivery, operations, and IT. During his career the company grew from a virtual startup to over $30 Billion in annual revenues, through internal growth and acquisitions. This experience proved invaluable, offering the opportunity to work with many different service philosophies, operating environments and management styles.
Kevin also served as Director of Business Consulting Services, and helped develop several sales and customer service training programs; employee recognition programs; customer and employee satisfaction programs; customer and employee survey programs. He attended The University of Iowa and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Terry L. Klein Co-founder and CFO
Terry is a Certified Public Accountant and responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, as well as client interactions. Terry has more than 15 years experience as a certified public accountant and she holds a Bachelors Degree from Southwest Texas University. As a CPA, Terry spent 7 years in the Banking/Savings and Loan industry and 8 years managing over 30 life insurance companies. In 1994, Terry started her own private practice, specializing in the Small, Medium Business and Self-Employed Markets.
Terry also serves as a Continuing Professional Education Test Reviewer for CPA Courses. Terry also volunteers as a Girl Scout Leader and teaches Junior Achievement.
Renee J. Young Co-founder, Executive Vice President, Marketing
Renee is responsible for business development and has over 25 years of customer service, sales, marketing and operations experience. Working for MCI for 8 years, Renee held the position of Sr. Manager, Business Consulting Services, where she was responsible for implementing a Division wide Quality Assurance Program as well as providing internal consulting services to several departments including, Customer Service, Receivables Management, Order Processing, and Service Delivery. Renee has helped develop several sales and customer service training programs; employee recognition programs; customer and employee satisfaction programs; customer and employee survey programs; and has trained over 3000 people. Renee attended University of Incarnate Word and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Richland University.
